Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellation Policy :-

We at Optiaxis strive to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience. You can cancel all items before they have been processed in our warehouses and before they are shipped. This includes items purchased on sale or under any promotion.

How do I Cancel an Order on Alternatively, how do I return a product ordered on the Optiaxis website?

1.      If you cancel your order before your product is shipped or before it has been processed, the entire amount will be refunded as a product in exchange or the amount as per your wish.

2.      You can cancel your product only by contacting us through phone call (+919988779177) or e-mail ( as to make it on priority basis.

3.      If the cancellation is after your product has been shipped, but has not yet been delivered, the order will not be cancelled.

4.      The order should be cancelled within 24hrs of ordering to avoid shipping of the product.

5.      Cancellation request received after 24hrs of the order will not be entertained or accepted and then you need to follow the return policies.

Returns Policy: -

1.      If you've received the product and want to return it, we offer you a No Questions Return Policy for any product other than the Cleaning spray for hygiene reasons within 30 days of receiving            your shipment.

2.      Prescribed spectacles cannot be cancelled after the order has been shipped out, If there is some problem regarding the frame size then we will change the frame only but you have to pay              for the lenses.

3.      The Return Shipment should be Packed Properly and Please, send it through a Reputed Courier Service Provider at your own Cost.

4.      The product will be first checked if everything is in its original condition and unused then only the amount will be refunded.

5.      In case of contact lenses they should not be opened if they are to be returned; only unopened packing will be taken back even if the lenses are unused.

6.      Order with your customized lenses will not be taken back and if you feel any problem in fitting or the lenses are not according to your prescription then the return policy is valid for refunding.

7.      Optiaxis will not be responsible for any problem (natural or human made) causing delay in your request as, making request on time is solely your responsibility.

8.      If the product is not according to your expectations then you can return it within 30 days.

9.      Please note that Optiaxis reserves the right to claim damages if the product returned is damaged or has usage signs.

10.    Optiaxis reserves the right to make errors like typing errors, color deviations or changing price at any time in spite of our care not to do so.

For damaged product & Refund Policy: -

1.      If you want to return the product because it is broken or damaged, please inform us within 72 hours or the refunds cannot be processed.

2.      If we get the information within 72 hours of damaged or broken product for exchange or repair (as per product warranty) we will be really happy to help you. Please inform us through an                  e-mail,chat or through a phone call.

3.      Successful Return Time period for damaged product would be 30 days i.e. only those damaged product which we receive within 30 days will be liable to get the refund.

4.      If the box/courier received has the visible damage you are requested not to receive the order and contact the customer care.

5.      If the payment is made at the time of order through credit/debit card/net banking or any other mode, then after cancellation the deducted amount will be refunded within 30 working days.

6.      If any delay in refunding your amount occurs then you will be informed through the given contact details in your respective account.

7.      The Refunded would be in the form of Store Credit Or Product in Exchange.
